A royal proclamation: Lord Charleston is now accepting applications for a forever home worthy of his noble presence. A small dog with a grand heart, Charleston is loyal, loving, and delightfully opinionated — a true aristocrat of the canine world.
Salutations. I am Charleston, a refined gentleman with impeccable manners and just the right touch of sass.
Let me present my credentials:
• I’m house-trained (yes, really!) and will even use a pee pad in a pinch, though I have only needed to resort to it once so far
• I sleep soundly through the night and don’t cause trouble when left home alone.
• I alert you discreetly when it’s time to visit the royal garden
• I know how to sit, I take treats gently, and I love car rides — the window breeze is simply exhilarating.
Though affectionate, I do prefer that my subjects respect my space when requested. It’s nothing personal — just boundaries, you know?
I recently tried to initiate a friendly play session with the cat in my foster home — full-on play bows, bounces, the whole performance. The cat, however, looked at me like I’d insulted their ancestors and stalked off in horror. So, I’d say I’m okay with dog-savvy cats… even if they’re not quite ready for my charm.
Dog siblings? Maybe! I’ve been curious and polite with other dogs during vet visits. I haven’t had a full-time canine roommate yet, but I might enjoy a playful buddy ( unlike that boring old cat) Kids? I prefer a home without little ones. I can be a bit spicy if I’m over-stimulated, so teens or adults would be best.
Security Notice: My estate must be well-secured. I do have a flair for escape artistry if given the chance. After all, what is royalty without a touch of drama?
